HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL VISION

EBLA's goal is to satisfy our customers’ needs and assist them in attaining their objectives as they relate to safe operation. EBLA will accomplish this by being committed to maintaining an efficient and safe work environment for all personnel.

To achieve these goals, EBLA has adopted HSE policies, procedures and standard industry practices for use in our operations. EBLA personnel are given the responsibility of following these policies, procedures and standard industry practices at all times.

As a result of that responsibility, EBLA personnel have the obligation to “stop work in progress”, immediately contact their supervisor for assistance and seek a solution to the concern if either of the following situations should occur:

• An employee is asked or ordered to deviate from safe standard industry practices or from EBLA's safe operating practices, procedures, and policies.
• The employee believes that such action will pose a threat to the safety of personnel, damage to equipment or harm to the environment.

When appropriate, Operations personnel and HSE personnel should be contacted and share in the responsibility for the resolution of any unsafe situation which cannot be resolved at the operation’s site.

EBLA realizes that compromising our standards will not only jeopardize the goals and objectives of our company but those of our customers as well. Therefore, EBLA commits itself to assisting our employees and our customers in fulfilling the responsibilities we all share with regard to health, safety and the environment.
