POLICY FOR QUALITY

In the following “Declaration of the Quality Policy” EBLA has stated the general principles of its own policy for quality on the basis of the principles detailed in it.

“DECLARATION OF THE QUALITY POLICY “

The primary objectives of the quality policy of EBLA are to obtain that all the projects are carried out guaranteeing the Customer full satisfaction, the absolute respect of the enforceable and contractual rules and allowing a fair business profit.

The quality policy of the Company comes out, on an operational level, from the definition, implementation, maintaining and improvement of a Management System for Quality drawn up in compliance with the requirements of the normative reference UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and in compliance with the objectives of the business policy.
Thanks to this system the Company defines and manages its “business processes” through which the supply of services, suitable to meeting the Customers’ requirements, is assured.
The Quality Management System is carried out through the adoption, the maintaining and the continual improvement of a suitable organization structure, the pre-arrangement and application of a series of documents such as the Manual and the Procedures of the Quality System, the Project Quality Plans (PQ).

In order to assure the steady management of the quality system, its circulation to all the staff, to assess its effectiveness for the achievement of the quality goals of the Top Management, to seize every opportunity of improvement, the Top Management has taken, with one of its own Managers, the role of Representative of the Top Management for the Quality (QCM) who is in charge for the duties described in par. 5.5. of UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
QCM is operatively supported by the Quality System Officer(QSM).

The policy for quality aims at achieving the objectives for quality and therefore its effectiveness is assessed yearly through the evaluation, during the Top Management review, of the achievement of the objectives themselves (through suitably defined indicators). In this occasion the Top Management is allowed to make all the necessary modifications, both as to the policy and as to the goals, to seize the opportunities of improvement suitable to guaranteeing the steady satisfaction of the Customer along with the professional improvement of its Staff, and, consequently, of the Company.

All the consultants (internal and external) of EBLA have to know and to share the objectives of the quality policy and therefore it is stated that the present Declaration is to be illustrated to the same consultants and exhibited in all the workplaces. Likewise, the Staff will have to be informed of the results of review activities, with particular attention to the assessment of the degree of achievement of the yearly objectives stated by the Direction.
